15ml Lime Juice
15ml Simple Syrup
100ml Soda
1 Lemon Wheel (Garnish)
1 Cucumber Peel (Garnish)
1 Mint Sprig (Garnish)

1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Bar Spoon
1 Tongs
method
Add all ingredients to a Highball Glass filled with Cubed Ice.
Stir to combine.
Garnish with a Lemon Wheel, Cucumber Peel and Mint Sprig.
