Ingredients

50ml Captain Morgan White Rum

50ml Mango Purée

15ml Habanero Lime Syrup

25ml Green Tea

10ml Yuzu Juice

2 Mango Chunks (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Rocks Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthorne Strainer

1 Tongs

method

  1. Shake all the ingredients with Ice.

  2. Strain into an Ice-filled Rocks Glass.

  3. Garnish with Mango Chunks.
