50ml Mango Purée
15ml Habanero Lime Syrup
25ml Green Tea
10ml Yuzu Juice
2 Mango Chunks (Garnish)

1 Cocktail Shaker
1 Hawthorne Strainer
1 Tongs
method
Shake all the ingredients with Ice.
Strain into an Ice-filled Rocks Glass.
Garnish with Mango Chunks.
