50ml Ketel One Vodka

25ml Green Tea

25ml Tangerine Purée

15ml Honey Syrup

10ml Yuzu Juice

10ml Lemon Juice

1 Tangerine Wheel (Garnish)a

1 Martini Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthorne Strainer

1 Fine Strainer

1 Tongs

method

  1. Shake all the ingredients with Ice.

  2. Fine strain into a chilled Martini Glass.

  3. Garnish with a Tangerine Wheel.
