The Martinez
The Precursor to the martini.

Ingredients
50ml Gordons London Dry
20ml Sweet vermouth
5ml Maraschino liqueur
method
Stir all ingredients in a mixing glass filled with ice until the liquid is as cold as it can be.
Strain into a pre-chilled martini glass and garnish with a lemon zest.
