Minakshi Singh
Co-Founder of award-winning bars, Sidecar and Cocktails & Dreams Speakeasy, and hospitality consultancy firm, Thirsty Three Hospitality, Minakshi is well-versed in all things networking, training and leadership. She’s worked in the beverage industry for over 18 years, specialising in bars, restaurants and hotels.
Stephen Waters
Stephen has worked as a bar manager in multiple iconic hospitality venues including Pitcher & Piano in London, which he also became the director of. Since 2001, Stephen has been busy building Watershed, an independent management school for the on-trade and has designed leadership development programmes for various hospitality venues.
