Vodka

Vodka is one of the most popular spirit categories in the world, due to its versatility in cocktails and mixed drinks.

The term 'vodka' comes from the Russian word 'voda', and means 'little water'.

It can be produced from any fermentable base: cereal grains are the most common, but potatoes and grapes are also used.

The fermented base material is distilled in continuous stills to produce neutral style, classic vodka or pot-stills which will retain light characteristics from the base material.

All vodkas are filtered a number of times to remove any impurities and create a smooth, clear liquid generally without pronounced flavor. None are aged post production.
