  • 1.5 oz. Baileys Original Irish Cream
  • 3.25 oz. Hot chocolate
  • Fresh cream
  • Chocolate flakes
  • Marshmallows

METHOD

  • Add Baileys to a mug
  • Make hot chocolate as usual in the mug and heat it up
  • Garnish with fresh or whipped cream, marshmallows and chocolate flakes. Toasted marshmallows makes it even greater

Liquid Tiramisu

Another serve to offer your customers as an alternative to dessert is this luxurious Liquid Tiramisu. The espresso, vanilla and mascarpone work brilliantly with those chocolatey and creamy notes in Baileys.

Recipe
  • 1.5 oz. Baileys
  • 2.5 oz. Mascarpone
  • .5 oz. Espresso
  • .5 oz. Sugar syrup

Method

  • Mix together the espresso with mascarpone
  • Then add in the Baileys and the vanilla syrup and stir
  • Add ice and stir to cool
  • Then strain and serve in cocktail glass

UP YOUR GARNISH GAME

Garnishes are a brilliant way to explore the depth of flavor to Baileys and are also a great way to elevate your serves, impress your guests and easily give a serve a seasonal twist.

When deciding what garnish to use in your serve you can look to complement the flavors and textures in the cocktail or sometimes even contrast these notes.


Chocolate Luxe Martini

The creamy texture of Baileys also brings added depth to drink creations, with a chance to draw a contrast between it by using very different, but complimentary ingredients.

Sweet rims aren’t often used in cocktails, but can provide great texture and flavor contrasts to Baileys, when using things like crushed nuts, chili or cocoa powder.

Have a go at making this Chocolate Luxe Martini recipe with an added chocolate and nut rim for added wow factor!

Recipe
  • 1.5 oz. Baileys Chocolat Luxe
  • 1 oz. Espresso
  • 1 oz. Smirnoff Vodka
  • Ice cubes
  • Chocolate sauce and nuts for rim
  • Toasted marshmallow for garnish

Method

  • Dip the rim of a martini glass into chocolate sauce and then into chopped nuts
  • Pop all the other ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice
  • Shake it up until everything is perfectly blended and the liquid is silky smooth.
  • Strain into the chocolate and nut rimed martini glass
  • Finish with toasted marshmallow
