- 1.5 oz. Astral Tequila Blanco
- 1.5 oz. Coconut Water
- 0.5 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
- 0.5 oz. Agave Nectar
- Club Soda

- 6 oz. Astral Tequila Blanco
- 6 oz. Coconut Water
- 3 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
- 3 oz. Agave Nectar
- Club Soda
*When batching Shareables, add 20% water to the mixture to account for proper dilution.
Preparation:
Glassware: Rocks
Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker, add ice, shake and strain into an ice-filled rocks glass and top with club soda. Garnish with a Mint Bouquet.
Step it Up: Add 2 dashes of chocolate mole bitters or 1oz of pineapple juice to add other layers of flavor that pair with coconut.
