Recipe
- 1.5 oz. Astral Tequila Blanco
- 1.5 oz. Cucumber Juice
- 0.75 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
- 0.5 oz. Agave Nectar
- 4 Cilantro Leaves
- 1 Serrano Pepper Slice
Shareable*:
- 9 oz. Astral Tequila Blanco
- 9 oz. Cucumber Juice
- 4.5 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
- 3 oz. Agave Nectar
*When batching Shareables, add 20% water to the mixture to account for proper dilution.
Preparation:
Glassware: Rocks
Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and lightly muddle. Add ice, shake and strain into an ice-filled rocks glass. Garnish with a serrano pepper slice and cucumber slice.
Step it Up: Add a pinch of Chili Salt for an extra kick or a quarter ounce of Green Chartreuse for more herbal depth.
