You can't resist this decadent delight! A frozen blast of Baileys Original Irish Cream Liqueur blended with Smirnoff No. 21 Vodka, Chocolate Liqueur and Vanilla ice Cream - seriously sinful!

0.75oz Baileys Original
0.25oz Chocolate Liqueur
0.25oz Smirnoff No.21 Vodka
2 Scoops of Good Vanilla Ice Cream
1 Cherry (Garnish)
2 Mint Leaves (Garnish)
Equipment
1 Hurricane Glass
1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Blender
1 Tongs
method
Blend all the liquid ingredients with a scoop of crushed ice.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into a Hurricane glass.
Garnish with a Cherry and Mint leaves.
