A sophisticated libation honoring the flavors of Buchanan’s 18-Year-Old Special Reserve Blended Scotch Whisky.

RECIPE

  • 1 oz Buchanan’s 18-Year-Old Special Reserve Blended Scotch Whisky
  • .75 oz Sweet Vermouth
  • .25 oz Maraschino Cherry Juice
  • 2 Dashes Aromatic Bitters
  • 1 Dash Absinthe
  • Lemon Peel for Garnish

PREPARATION

  1. Combine Buchanan’s 18-Year-Old Special Reserve Whisky, sweet vermouth, maraschino cherry juice, aromatic bitters, and absinthe into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well.
  2. Strain contents into a Coupe glass.
  3. Garnish with a lemon peel.
