Recipe

  • 1.5oz Ron Zacapa 23 rum
  • 1 oz ginger berry kombucha
  • 0.75oz lime juice
  • 0.25oz simple syrup
  • 2 blackberries

Preparation

  1. In a shaking glass add Ron Zacapa 23yr rum, ginger berry kombucha, lime juice, simple syrup, and 2 blackberries.
  2. Cover with ice and shake.
  3. Strain into a highball glass with fresh ice and garnish with blackberries and lime.
