- 1.5oz Ron Zacapa 23 rum
- 1 oz ginger berry kombucha
- 0.75oz lime juice
- 0.25oz simple syrup
- 2 blackberries
- In a shaking glass add Ron Zacapa 23yr rum, ginger berry kombucha, lime juice, simple syrup, and 2 blackberries.
- Cover with ice and shake.
- Strain into a highball glass with fresh ice and garnish with blackberries and lime.
