Celery Fizz


  • 1.5oz Tanqueray London Dry Gin
  • 1.5oz celery juice
  • 0.5oz lemon juice
  • 3oz soda water
  • celery stalk garnish


  1. Add Tanqueray London Dry Gin, celery and lemon juice to a shaking glass with ice.
  2. Shake and add soda water to the shaking tin.
  3. Strain in a highball glass with fresh ice.
  4. Garnish with a celery stalk.
