0.5oz Cognac
0.5oz Peach Syrup
1.75oz Lemonade
1 Peach Slice (Garnish)
Equipment
1 Martini Glass
1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Cocktail Shaker
1 Hawthorne Strainer
1 Fine Strainer
1 Tongs
method
1. Shake the first three ingredients with ice.
2. Fine strain into a chilled Martini glass.
3. Top with Lemonade.
4. Garnish with a Peach slice.
