Cîroc Lola
Whatever Lola wants - Cîroc Vodka chilled with Sweet Elderflower Liqueur, Pomegranate Juice and a splash of Champagne - a light and lovely libation.

Ingredients
1.25oz Cîroc Vodka
1.75oz Pomegranate Juice
0.25oz Elderflower Liqueur
1oz Champagne
Equipment
1 Champagne flute
1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Mixing Glass
1 Julep Strainer
method
Add the first three ingredients to an ice-filled Mixing glass.
Stir to mix, chill and dilute.
Strain into a chilled Chanpagne flute.
Top with Champagne.
