Zacapa is infused with coconut and shaken with Campari in this modern, complex cocktail.

RECIPE

  • 1.5 oz. Ron Zacapa 23 infused with desiccated coconut
  • 1 pinch of citric acid
  • .5 oz. Campari
  • .5 oz. Sugar syrup (2:1)
  • No garnish
  • Martini glass
  • No ice

PREPARATION

  1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice
  2. Shake and strain into a martini glass, garnish and serve.

Alcohol content: 0.5 fluid oz. per serve.
