
RECIPE
Glassware: Tall Glass
- 1.5 oz. Don Julio Blanco
- 1 oz. fresh grapefruit juice
- .5 oz. fresh lime juice
- .5 oz. agave nectar
- 1 splash of soda water
- 1 grapefruit peel
- 3 jalapeno slices
PREPARATION:
- Combine Don Julio Blanco, juices, agave nectar and jalapeño slices into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well.
- Rim the edge of the glass with salt.
- Pour the mixture from the shaker into a glass over ice.
- Add a splash of soda water.
- Garnish with a grapefruit peel.
