This dandy of a drink will dazzle your palate! It's Smirnoff Amaretto over muddled mint and fresh lime. Served on the rocks with lemon and lime soda - a refreshingly crisp and cool treat.

1.75oz Smirnoff Amaretto
0.5oz Lime Juice
4 Leaves Lightly Muddled Mint
2oz Lemon and Lime Soda
Equipment
1 Collins Glass
1 Cocktail Shaker
1 Muddler
1 Hawthorne Strainer
method
Muddle Mint and Lime Juice in a shaker.
Add Smirnoff Amaretto Vodka and shake with ice.
Strain into a Collins glass over cubed ice.
Top up with lemon-lime soda and garnish with a mint sprig.
