- 1 oz. Tanqueray No. Ten Gin
- .5 oz. Simple syrup
- .5 oz. Lemon juice
- 1 oz. Sparkling wine
- Pour Tanqueray NO TEN Gin in shaker
- Add the juice of half a lemon and simple syrup
- Add ice to the shaker and shake
- Strain into a coupe glass
- Top with sparkling wine
- Twist a lemon peel on top.
