Herbs & Olives
- 2oz. Ketel One Vodka
- 0.25oz atomized kalamata olive and rosemary vermouth*
*KALAMATA OLIVE AND ROSEMARY VERMOUTH INFUSION
- 1 (750 ml) bottle Carpano Bianco
- 1 (6oz) bottle pitted kalamata olives (about 24 olives)
- 1 large sprig of rosemary
- Spritz a chilled martini glass with kalamata olive and rosemary-infused vermouth.
- In a shaking glass add Ketel One Vodka.
- Cover with ice and shake.
- Strain into the martini glass and garnish with rosemary skewered kalamata olive.
