0.25oz Orange Liqueur
2.5oz Hibiscus Tea
0.5oz Honey Syrup
0.25oz Lime
5 Raspberries
1 Rasprerry (Garnish)
1 Hibiscus Flower (Garnish)
Equipment
1 Highball Glass
1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Cocktail Shaker
1 Hawthorne Strainer
1 Fine Strainer
1 Tongs
method
Shake all the liquid ingredients and the five Raspberries with ice.
Fine strain into an ice-filled Highball glass.
Garnish with a Raspberry and a Hibiscus Flower.
