0.75oz  Cîroc Vodka

0.25oz Poire William Liqueur

0.25oz Sweet Vermouth

1.75oz Pear Nectar

0.25oz Honey Syrup

0.25oz  Lemon Juice

1 Pear Slice (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Martini Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1  Jigger

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthorne Strainer

1  Fine Strainer

1 Tongs

method

  1. Shake all the liquid ingredients with ice.

  2. Fine strain into a chilled Martini glass.

  3. Garnish with a Pear slice.
