Captain Morgan's rum is mixed with butter and honey in this delicious winter warmer.

RECIPE

  • 1.5 oz. Captain Morgan's Dark Rum
  • 1 oz. Runny honey
  • 1 small knob of unsalted butter
  • Boiling water to fill
  • Cinnamon stick/Lemon wedge studded with cloves
  • Heatproof glass
  • No ice (served hot)

PREPARATION

  1. Pre-warm the heatproof glass and add the honey and butter, stirring to emulsify
  2. Add the rum and then top with boiling water stirring constantly to ensure all the ingredients blend together
  3. Garnish and serve.

Alcohol content: 0.5 fluid oz. per serve.
