Tanqueray is mixed hot with Port and Orange in this delicious, rich classic.

0.75oz Tanqueray Gin
0.75oz Port
0.75oz Orange Juice
0.75oz Lemon Juice
1Tsp Brown Sugar
5oz Boiling Water
1 Orange Slice (Garnish)
6 Cloves (Garnish)
1 Cinnamon Stick (Garnish)
1 Star Anise (Garnish)
1 Pinch of Grated Nutmeg (Garnish)

1 Heatproof Glass
1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Bar Spoon
1 Tongs
method
Build in a Heatproof glass.
Stir gently to combine.
Garnish an Orange slice studded with Cloves, Cinnamon Stick, Star Anise and a pinch of Grated Nutmeg.
