Cast off for the islands, it's time for grog! A combo of Captain Morgan White Rum with Ginger and Amaretto Liqueurs and fresh Lime that's served on the rocks with a splash of Ginger Beer - next stop, Jamaica!

Ingredients

0.75oz Captain Morgan White Rum

0.25oz Ginger Liqueur

0.25oz Amaretto Liqueur

1.75oz Ginger Beer

0.5oz Lime Juice

0.5oz Orgeat Syrup

1 Lime Wheel (Garnish)

1 Sugar Cane (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Collins Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1  Jigger

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthorne Strainer

1 Tongs

method

  1. Shake all the liquid ingredients with ice.

  2. Strain into an ice-filled Highball glass.

  3. Garnish with a Sugar Cane and Lime wheel.

11.8g per serve
