- 1.5 oz. Jinzu
- .5 oz. Dry Vermouth
- .25 oz. Umeshu Plum Wine or Sweet White Wine
- Lemon twist
- Martini glass
- No ice
- Add all ingredients to a mixing glass filled with ice
- Stir and strain into a martini glass
- Garnish and serve.
