0.5oz Ginger Syrup
5oz Soda Water
1 Lemon Twist (Garnish)

1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Bar Spoon

method
Add all the ingredients to an ice-filled Highball glass.
Stir to combine.
Garnish with a Lemon twist.
