1oz  Fresh Lemon Juice

0.25oz Egg White

0.25oz  Sugar Syrup

1  Rocks Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1  Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthorne Strainer

1  Tongs

method

1. Shake all the ingredients with ice.

2. Strain into a Rocks glass filled with ice.
