Kikori Bonsai


  • 2 oz Kikori whiskey
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • .75 oz simple syrup
  • 3 shiso leaves
  • 3 slices cucumber


  1. Combine Kikori whiskey, lime juice, and simple syrup in a shaker over ice and shake.
  2. Pour into rocks glass.
  3. Garnish with cucumber and shiso leaves.
