
The use of a dry vermouth provides a different taste on a Manhatten cocktail.
Recipe
- 1.5 oz. Bulleit Bourbon
- 1 oz. Dry vermouth
- 1-2 Dashes Angostura bitters
Preparation:
- Combine Bulleit and Dry vermouth into a mixing jug
- Add Angostura bitters
- Stir with a bar spoon
- Add ice and stir again
- Strain into a cocktail glass
- Prepare an orange twist
- Twist over cocktail glass, place orange twist into cocktail and serve.
Alcohol content: 0.6 fluid oz. per serve
