
An excellent variation of a Manhatten cocktail.
Recipe
- 1.5 oz. Bulleit Bourbon
- .5 oz. Sweet vermouth
- .5 oz. Dry vermouth
- 1-2 Dashes Angostura bitters
Preparation:
- Add ice into a mixing jug
- Chill a cocktail glass and set to the side
- Stir the ice in the mixing jug and strain the water
- Add Sweet vermouth, Dry vermouth, Bulleit Bourbon and Angostura bitter and stir well
- Strain into the chilled cocktail glass
- Prepare a lemon Peel and twist over the cocktail glass. Serve.
