1.75oz Smirnoff No.21 Vodka
3oz Lemon and Lime Soda
0.25oz Lime Juice
1 Lemon Wheel (Garnish
1 Lime Wheel (Garnish)
1 Mint Sprig (Garnish)
Equipment
1 Highball Glass
1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Bar Spoon
1 Tongs
1 Cocktail Shaker
1 Hawthorne Strainer
method
Shake all the liquid ingredients, except for the Lemon and Lime soda, with ice.
2. Strain into an ice-filled Highball glass.
Top with Guinness.
Garnish with a Mint sprig, Lemon and Lime wheels.
