A tropical style drink, perfectly at home in a beachside bar as well as a pub.

RECIPE

  • 1.5 oz. Zacapa Rum
  • 0.5 oz. lemon
  • 0.75 oz. Crème de Cassis 
  • 0.25 oz. Orgeat
  • Guinness Draught

PREPARATION:

  1. Combine all ingredients except Guinness in a cocktail shaker with ice. 
  2. Shake vigorously and strain over fresh ice in a highball glass.
  3. Top with Guinness® Draught. 

Guinness with blackcurrant is a classic combination. The blackcurrant flavor balances the bitterness of the stout and complements the natural dark fruit flavors.
