0.75oz Peach Liqueur
1.75oz Lemonade
1 Mint Sprig (Garnish)
Equipment
1 Martini Glass
1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Cocktail Shaker
1 Hawthorne Strainer
1 Fine Strainer
1 Tongs
method
Shake the first two liquid ingredients with ice.
Fine strain into a chilled Martini glass.
Top with Lemonade.
Garnish with a Mint sprig.
