This delicious modern classic takes ginger and honey, and blends them seamlessly with Bell's Whisky, with a smoky drizzle of Lagavulin.
- 1.5 oz. Bell's Whisky
- 3 slices fresh ginger
- 1 oz. lemon juice
- 1 oz. Honey syrup
- .5 oz. Lagavulin 16
- Candied ginger
- Rocks glass
- Cubed ice
- Muddle the ginger in the base of a cocktail shaker
- Fill with ice, add the blended Scotch, lemon and honey syrup and shake to mix
- Strain into an old-fashioned glass full with ice, layer the Lagavulin on the surface
- Garnish and serve.
