Ingredients

1.75oz Don Julio Blanco Tequila

1.75oz Pineapple Juice

0.25oz Lime Juice

0.25oz Habenero Lime Syrup

0.25oz Simple Syrup

1 Pinch Chili Salt (Garnish)

1 Pineapple Wedge (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Highball Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1  Jigger

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthorne Strainer

1 Tongs

method

  1. Rim a Highball glass with Chlli Salt and fill with Iie.

  2. Shake all the ingredients with ice.

  3. Strain into the ice-filled, salt-rimmed Highball glass.

  4. Garnish with a Pineapple wedge.

Alcohol content:

15g per serve
