POM Spiked Cider
Savour the flavours of Autumn with this sensational cider! Zacapa Centenario 23 Rum, Pom Autumn Syrup, apple cider, fresh lemon and bitters over ice with club soda...rum and spice and everything nice!
- 50 ml Zacapa Centenario 23 Rum
- 25 ml Pom Autumn Syrup (search Pom Autumn Syrup for recipe)
- 70 ml Apple cider
- 25 ml Fresh lemon juice
- 3 Dashes bitters
- 25 ml Club soda
- Add ingredients to a mixing glass (except club soda)
- Add ice and shake briefly
- Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice
- Top with club soda and stir
- Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
