Rum & Port Crumble

Zacapa is mixed with pimento and port in this rich, decadent cocktail.

RECIPE

  • 1.5 oz. Ron Zacapa 23
  • 2 dashes pimento bitters
  • .5 oz. ruby port reduction (1 part port + 1 part caster sugar, simmer for 20 minutes, cool down)
  • Chocolate Soil
  • (As a crumble bake 350F for 8-10 minutes, 14 oz. dark brown sugar, 18 oz. almond powder, 11 oz. bread flour, 7 oz. cocoa powder, 0.5 oz salt, 7 oz. melted butter, 0.25 oz. coffee powder, 12 orange zests)
  • Rocks glass
  • Cubed ice

PREPARATION

  1. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass filled with ice
  2. Stir and strain into a rocks glass
  3. Garnish and serve.

Alcohol content: 0.6 fluid oz. per serve.
