Ingredients

1.25oz Johnnie Walker Gold Label Blended Scotch Whisky

0.25oz  Amaretto Liqueur

0.25oz Maple Syrup

1.75oz Sparkling Apple Cider

1 Apple Slice (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Ice Scoop

1  Jigger

1 Rocks Glass

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthorne Strainer

1 Tongs

method

  1. Shake all the ingredients except the Cider with ice.

  2. Strain into a Rocks glass filled with ice.

  3. Top with Apple Cider.

  4. Garnish with an Apple slice.
