Ingredients

1.75oz Captain Morgan White Rum

0.25oz  Stirrings Ginger Liqueur

0.5oz Blood Orange Purée

0.75oz Orange Juice

0.25 Orgeat Syrup

0.75oz Club Soda

1 Lime Twist (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Highball Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthorne Strainer

1 Tongs

method

  1. Shake the first five liquid ingredients with ice.

  2. Strain into an ice-filled Highball glass.

  3. Top up with Club Soda.

  4. Garnish with a Lime twist.
