
A Mojito with a serious fire in its belly, made with Captain Morgan's Original Spiced Gold, Mint, Lime and Soda.
RECIPE
- 1.5 oz. Captain Morgan's Original Spiced Gold
- 1.5 oz. Soda water
- 1 oz. Lime juice
- 10 Mint leaves
- .5 oz. Sugar
- Lime wedge and Mint sprig
- Highball glass
- Crushed Ice
PREPARATION
- Add all the ingredients to a highball glass, clapping the mint to release its aroma
- ¾ fill the glass with crushed ice and churn with a bar spoon to mix
- Top with crushed ice, garnish and serve.
