A fresh and fiery Asian inspired delight! Captain Morgan White Rum mixed with Mango Purée, Habanero Lime Syrup, Green Tea and Yuzu Juice that's shaken and served over ice - dazzling!

1.75oz Mango Purée
0.5oz Habanero Lime Syrup
0.75oz Green Tea
0.25oz Yuzu Juice
2 Mango Chunks (Garnish)

1 Ice scoop
1 Jigger
1 Cocktail Shaker
1 Hawthorne Strainer
1 Tongs
method
Shake all the ingredients with ice.
Strain into an ice-filled Rocks glass.
Garnish with Mango Chunks.
