Talisker Sour

A classic whisky sour with a unique Talisker twist, the rich pepper and spice notes of Talisker shaken up with zesty lime, sugar and celery bitters, finished with fresh fennel tips.

RECIPE

  • 1.5 oz. Talisker
  • 1 oz. Lime juice
  • 1 egg white
  • .5 oz. Sugar syrup
  • 2 fresh fennel tips

PREPARATION

  1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice
  2. Shake to mix
  3. Strain into an Old Fashioned glass
  4. Garnish and serve.

Alcohol content: 0.5 fluid oz. per serve.
