0.25oz Yuzu Juice
0.25oz Lemon Juice
1 Tangerine Wheel (Garnish)

1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Cocktail Shaker
1 Hawthorne Strainer
1 Fine Strainer
1 Tongs
method
Shake all the ingredients with ice.
Fine strain into a chilled Martini glass.
Garnish with a Tangerine wheel.
