An unparalleled Martini. Tanqueray No. Ten Gin chilled to icy perfection with a splash of olive brine. Served straight up with a hint of dry vermouth...truly magnificent.


  • 50 ml Tanqueray No. Ten Gin
  • 10 ml Dry vermouth
  • 15 ml Olive brine


  1. In a shaker with ice, add olive brine and Tanqueray
  2. Shake and strain into chilled martini glass
  3. Spritz with hint of dry vermouth
  4. Garnish with olive.

Alcohol content: 20.1g per serve
