6.75oz Tonic Water
2 Lime Wedges (Garnish)

method
Build in an ice-filled Highball glass.
Stir gently to combine.
Garnish with Two Lime wedges.

The T&G&T is sometimes referred to as a "Don the Beachcomber Daiquiri." Donn Beach was a famous American bartender who is credited with inventing many popular cocktails, including the Mai Tai.
History of the Drink
The T&G&T was created by mixologist Donn Beach in the 1930s. It is a variation of the daiquiri and contains Rum, Lime juice, and Grapefruit juice.
