0.75oz Tanqueray No. 10 Gin

0.25oz Triple Sec Liqueur

0.75oz  Pineapple Juice

0.5oz Fresh Lime Juice

2 Kumquats (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Martini Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1  Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthorne Strainer

1  Fine Strainer

1 Tongs

method

  1. Shake all the liquid ingredients with ice.

  2. Fine strain into a chilled Martini glass.

  3. Garnish with two whole Kumquats.
