Ingredients

1.75oz  Tanqueray London Dry Gin

5oz Tonic Water

0.5oz Sage-Infused Sugar Syrup

0.25oz of Hibiscus Syrup

2  Dashes of Blood Orange Bitters

1 Orange Wheel (Garnish)

1 Sage Leaves (Garnish)

Equipment

1  Highball Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Bar Spoon

1 Muddler

1 Tongs

method

  1. Muddle Orange wedges with Sage-infused Simple Syrup in a Highball glass.

  2. Fill glass with cubed ice.

  3. Add the rest of the liquid ingredients.

  4. Garnish with an Orange wheel and a sprig of Sage.
