- 3 oz fresh pineapple juice
- .6 oz ginger syrup
- top with ginger beer
- slice of ginger and/or pineapple leaves
- Combine Old Parr, pineapple juice, and ginger syrup into a highball glass over ice.
- Top with ginger beer.
- Garnish with slice of ginger and/or pineapple leaves.
