4 Dashes of Bitters
5oz Ginger Beer
1 Lemon Twist (Garnish)

1 Highball Glass
1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Bar Spoon
1 Tongs
method
Add all ingredients to an ice-filled Highball glass.
Stir to combine.
Garnish with a Lemon twist.
